At Zigueii, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Fitness Store Exceptions:

Hygiene & Safety: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, swimwear, or socks unless they are faulty.

Opened Nutritional Products: We cannot accept returns on opened supplements, vitamins, or food items for safety reasons. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Zigueii.wear@gmail.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without a Return Authorization Number may not be accepted.

Ship It Back: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days (e.g., 5-10 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please Note:

Shipping Costs: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your orders, but mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Zigueii.wear@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product and/or packaging.
We will gladly cover the cost of shipping for the return and will send out the correct replacement item as quickly as possible, at no extra charge to you.
5. Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance or heavily discounted items.

Gift cards.

Personal care and nutritional items (as stated above).
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or color.
If you prefer a direct exchange for a different size/color of the same item (subject to availability), please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
7. European Union and UK Customers (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
If you are a customer in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, even if the items are not faulty. This does not affect the requirements for items to be returned in new and unused condition.
